The Small Business Showcase and Networking event provides a platform for small local businesses to connect with BCPS, learn about procurement opportunities, explore the certification process and engage with decision-makers.

WHAT:
The Small Business Showcase and Networking event provides a platform for small local businesses to connect with BCPS, learn about procurement opportunities, explore the certification process and engage with decision-makers. Attendees will also gain insights into business growth strategies and AI-driven tools to help increase revenue, automate operations and scale more efficiently. The event features a business expo, along with two live AI workshops.

WHY:
May is National Small Business Month. This event celebrates small local businesses and supports the mission of EDOC by increasing awareness of BCPS supplier diversity initiatives and expanding access for local businesses to participate in the District’s procurement process.
The event is free, but registration is required through Eventbrite.
